Chuck Dibbs, Planetarium Director, set up at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 15th Street between 5:30 a.m. & 7:25 a.m. the morning of June 8, 2004. Although it was an overcast day, the sun peaked through long enough to get some views of the transit.
